They come to fix the immersion heating in the apartment and I am really impressed by their service and high customer focus. It might be hard to tell when all things goes well, but you can tell the difference when something goes wrong and how quick they come again to fix it :) I am very delighted to use KCL's service, had I know them earlier, could saved me a lot of hassles.
